Tried the Energy Berry Hydration with protein powder and was satisfing and refreshing after a nice hike. This could easily become "the spot". The berry flavor tastes like fruit, not artificial and had The protein powder blended in smoothly with no chalky aftertaste. On The Spot has so many choice. Need to go back for the Peanut Butter shake.

Amazing gem to find! I wanted to get a shake from my gym but they were all out and so I said why not SHAKE things up a bit and go somewhere new for change. Found this diamond treasure of a place and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I've been drinking cellular nutrition from home for 17 years. My kids are true Herbalife babies—getting good nutrition since the womb! While I love making my shakes at home, I definitely enjoy stopping by On the Spot. The vibes are always great, and the customer service is next level. They truly make you feel like family. Ugh! I've been looking and searching for a protein shakes spot FOREVER!!! So i was surprised to find them on Google near me. The spot is good vibes and great drinks really. Healthy drinks. I got the pineapple sunset, my husband grabbed 2 drinks ( peanut butter lovers shake and the hydration drink). They also have a no sugar and no caffeine kids drink too. Overall a great place to grab a healthy Pre-workout drink or Post workout drink.

Great “spot” when you have craving for shakes or juice based drink but want to keep health goals! Protein and fiber loaded low-cal (250 or less) shakes, and protein “donuts” and waffles. The atmosphere is lively and bright. R&B/hip-hop played at lunchtime - thankfully nothing raunchy, just fun and upbeat. Many customers coming in and out. They just opened so it’s good to see community support so soon! I tried the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake shake. It was very tasty and included whipped cream. The protein donuts were a nice side treat. They are healthy so they are small and taste a tad different, but it definitely quenched my craving for a pastry item. I also tried the “donut shot” which is like a cinnamon alt-milk drink that is supposed to keep you feeling full for longer. I just had it only 20 min ago so can’t tell yet but am definitely satiated by all of it. The owner told me that they give discounts to teachers and other school staff on Tuesdays. I’m glad this place opened up to give us healthy treat options!
